Vector Files
These are always the best to use, they hold the best quality no matter what, smaller in file size and they can be edited without a problem. Corel (x4); eps and ai files.
Bitmap Files
These are 2nd best as long as they are hi res – the minimum size to send them to us is a 3rd of its actual size. If the files are flattened we are not always able to edit them if required. Any Photoshop file: psd; eps; tiff; jpg and pdf, as long as the file has a very high resolution.
What we need from you when you place an order
Please sign and send back the quote you received or send us an official company order that includes the following information:
• Quantity / Amount of the prints you require.
• The size that your prints need to be, we need the width and the length.
• What material you would like your prints done on.
• What print quality you would like it printed at (360dpi; 600dpi; 720dpi) costs vary with each resolution. Standard resolution is 720dpi and if not specifiec this is what your quote will be based on.
• Any finishing you require eg: Trim prints; apply to abs boards or install; etc.
• All artwork must be supplied in CMYK, to scale and in the correct format along with a colour proof. If no proof is supplied, the print will be done as per artwork supplied.
If you have a Specific Corporate Requirements for fonts, colours, positioning, etc, please send us your Corporate Identity Document. If you have specific colour requirements these must be supplied in CMYK. All pantones given must be according to the pantone chart. You can also provide a sample of the colour required and we can match to that colour (no guarantees on matching 100% to colour samples).
Turn Around Time
Our turnaround time for standard orders is 3-4 days but can vary (longer or shorter) depending on our overall workload at the time you place your order. Bigger orders will take longer. Please still supply your deadline date and times and we will do our best to meet that.
**Please Remember**
Your prints will only be as good as the artwork you supply to us. Unless a colour proof, Pantone or CMYK breakdown is supplied, we accept no responsibility for any colour variation. No Power Point, Excel or Word documents or anything else created in a Microsoft Program as we are unable to use these. Please do not give us the ONLY copy of your artwork. We cannot guarantee long term storage of all Clients’ artwork. We accept no responsibility if the above conditions are not met.
Fees
Fees that may apply in addition to what you were quoted.
Layout Fee: R150.00 per hour (pro-rata). This applies if any changes we may need to make to the artwork supplied
Design Fee: R250.00 per hour (Pro-rata). This applies if we are required to create the artwork from scratch.
Samples: R150.00 fee will apply per sample and will only be printed at A3 size.
Delivery or Collection:

We do not collect artwork from clients but exceptions can be made in certain situations but this will only be done if our driver is available. The same fees will apply to collect artwork.
There is no set price for installation, please be sure you have been quoted based on your requirements.
If a reprint of your order is required due to a mistake on your part you will be charged for this, if it is our mistake we will reprint at our cost.
How to Get Your Artwork to Us
You can email your artwork along with all requirements and signed quote or official company order to
info@mgcreations.co.za . The maximum that we can receive via email is 4MB. Artwork that is bigger than this will need to be put on a disc and delivered to us. You can use
www.dropbox.com.
Please ensure that your emails, CD’s, DVD’s and USB Flash Drives are free of any viruses.
