Single Fold Brochure
A single fold brochure is created by folding a single page in half. It consists of four pages - two at the front and two at the back.
Tri-Fold Brochure
A tri-fold brochure is created by folding a page into thirds. It consists of six pages - three at the front and three at the back.
Double Parallel Brochure
A double parallel brochure is created by folding a page in half and then folding each folded page in half again in the same direction. The last two panels are slightly narrower, so that they fit nicely inside when the whole brochure is folded. It consists of eight pages - four at the front and four at the back.
Gate Fold Brochure
A gate fold brochure is created when the left and right edges of the page fold inward with parallel folds and meet in the middle of the page without overlapping. It is commonly used for invitations to weddings and formal occasions.
Accordion / Z-Fold Brochure
An accordion fold brochure is created by folding a page in equal parts in front of and behind itself. It consists of six pages - three at the front and three at the back.
Roll Fold
Roll fold brochure printing is also known as a barrel fold. It is the same to a letter fold in that it has three sections and six pages.
